Three convenient methods by which you can pre-register:
Register online starting
May 1st, 2018
In-Person
Register in-person at Forma Gym form May 1st up until November 21st at 7:00 PM (1908 Olympic Blvd. Walnut Creek, CA)
On Race Day
Registration will open at 6:30 AM on Thanksgiving morning Thursday November 22nd. Credit Card, Check, and Cash will be accepted on Race Day.
Entry Fees Include:
- Eligibility for age group awards
- Custom race bib with embedded chip timing
- Post-Race refreshments
- Ribbons to all kids race finishers
- 100% cotton shirt (upgradable)
- Tech shirt (optional for extra fee)
- Participation in the East Bay’s largest running/walking event!
Packet Pick Up
- Register at Packet Pick Up is on Tuesday, November 26th and Wednesday, November 27th, 2019 from 10am-7pm at Forma Gym (1908 Olympic Blvd. Walnut Creek, CA). You can also register on race day Thursday, November 28th , 2019 at Civic Park starting at 6:30am.
- Credit/Debit Card, Cash or check accepted for late entries.
- T-shirt availability, sizes and cuts are not guaranteed but will be available at Packet Pick Up while supplies last.
Event Day
- Registration will open at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 28th, 2019 (Kid’s race registration is open until 9:30am)
- Held at Civic Park (Start/Finish Area). Civic Park is located in Downtown Walnut Creek at the corner of Civic Drive and Broadway (1375 Civic Dr. Walnut Creek, CA.)
- Credit/Debit Card, Cash or check accepted for late entries.
- T-shirt availability, sizes and cuts available race day while supplies last. Please pre-register by Monday, November 11th ensure desired size/cut.
Weather
- The event will take place rain or shine.
Refund Policy and Entry Rules
- Refund/cancellation & Entry Rules: All entries are non-refundable and are not transferable to another event. Event happens rain or shine. No refunds under any circumstances. All race communication is done via e-mail so please include the email that you entered on your entry.
