About Tracy
Tracy Beckham is certified by the International Board of Nutrition and Fitness Coaching (IBNFC). She’s also an IFBB Pro champion bodybuilder, and an ACE-certified personal trainer specializing in strength training, posture correction, core, and nutrition. What she’s found through many years of training and educating clients of all ages and walks of life is that the missing link for success is nutrition, and she’s proof that her nutrition expertise works.
