To improve the health and wellness of children in our community and our world, and to instill in them the values of physical activity, healthy nutrition habits and giving back. In doing this, we fulfill our mission to change lives.
Our Passion
The Forma Kids Foundation values each and every child’s right to a safe, healthy and happy childhood.
Past Events
Each year, the Forma Kids Foundation donates turkeys for Thanksgiving to low-income families in East Oakland.

This year, we celebrate the 27th Anniversary of the Forma Gym Turkey Trot!
We encourage you to join the thousands of runners, walkers and spectators on Thanksgiving morning (November 28, 2019) at Civic Park in Walnut Creek for our annual 5k/10k/Kids ½ Mile & 100-Yard Dash.
